- A 10% surcharge is applied on weekends - No show fee – if you do not show for your appointment or cancel less then 24 hours prior, your appointment cost will be charged at the full rate. - All dogs are required to have their vaccinations up to date. - Please let us know if your dog has any allergies or requires medicated shampoo. - Please let us know if your dog is NOT allowed to have treats. - We do not brush out matted areas for hours, as it is uncomfortable for your dog. Matting will cause your pet discomfort and may cause injury. Heavy matts will cause the skin to thin and loosen and clippers may cut the skin, especially if your pet is uncomfortable and in pain. After clipping a matt, a haematoma may form where the blood flow was previously constricted, causing your dog to lick or scratch the area and break the skin. We will happily teach you how to brush your dog, but won't take blame for injury caused by matting. - We charge extra if your dog needs special attention because of aggression or other behaviour issues. - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, a late fee will apply. - For the safety of your loved one, please inform us if a different person is picking up your dog when dropped off, as we will not hand any dog to a person we don’t know and don’t have on file. - Please pick up your dog within an hour of us contacting you, as we like to work one on one with each dog.
